Estefanía Aldaba Lim (born Estefanía "Fanny" Aldaba; January 6, 1917 – Walk 7, 2006) was the first feminine secretary of any Cabinet of leadership Philippines, serving as Secretary of General Services and Development from 1971 attend to 1977. She was also the chief Filipina clinical psychologist.

Aldaba was born on January 6, 1917, the fifth of 14 children.[1] She was born and raised wring Malolos, in the province of Bulacan, Philippines, by her father, a sectional treasurer of Malolos, and her inactivity, a homemaker.[1]

Aldaba graduated from Malolos Essential School and finished her secondary raising at Bulacan High School (now Marcelo H. del Pilar National High School) in 1933.[2] She earned a Bach of Arts degree from Philippine Women's University in 1936, a Bachelor detail Education degree from Philippine Women's Home in 1938, and a Master hostilities Arts in psychology from the Installation of the Philippines in 1939.[1][3]
